The quickest way to find out whether a field suits you is to talk to someone already in it. Students who came through Impact Connect are now working in climate policy, consultancy, research, water management and their own ventures, and they've agreed to be approached by the students behind them. Pick who you'd like to speak to, tell us what you want to ask, and we introduce the two of you by mail.

These are alumni who told us a student may approach them. You see what they do and what they can help with. Their contact details stay with us until the two of you are actually introduced, so nobody gets a mail out of the blue.

How it works.

You pick someone

Go through the list and send your question to the person whose path lines up with yours. Two minutes.

We read it

We look at your question and at who has room. Usually that's the person you picked; sometimes we know someone who fits it better.

We introduce you

One mail goes out with your question and your details, and you're in the copy. So you have their address, and they know you're coming.

You take it from there

They can simply hit reply. If you both want to, a call comes after. Three weeks later we send you one mail: how useful was it, from 1 to 10, and what could be better.
